Shipping Policy for the USA and Canada:

Marinela Makeup proudly ships products from our Toronto, Canada facility to any address in both Canada and the United States.

 

For Canadian customers, we offer two shipping options:

  • UPS Express Service: Ensures delivery within 1 business day to any location across Canada.
  • Canada Post: A more economical option for low-urgency deliveries, with shipping times ranging from 2-5 business days.

 

For our U.S. customers, Marinela Makeup offers direct shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS) with discounted rates:

  • East Coast: Delivery in 3 business days.
  • West Coast: Delivery in 4 business days.

 

In rare cases, delays of up to two additional days may occur.

Returns Policy for the USA and Canada:

Marinela Makeup accepts returns for defective or damaged products if reported within 7 days of delivery. Customers should contact the Marinela team within this time frame to initiate the return process. Photos or videos documenting the defect or damage must be provided. Once the product is received and inspected, Marinela will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the customer’s preference.

There are several reasons why Marinela may not accept returns or issue refunds, including:

  • Non-defective items: Marinela does not accept returns or refunds for non-defective items. If you simply changed your mind or no longer want the product, you will not be able to return it.
  • Shipping issues: If the product was lost or damaged during shipping, Marinela may not be responsible for the return or refund. However, we may offer a partial refund or a replacement product.
  • Time limit: Please note that Marinela has a time limit for returns and refunds. If the issue is not reported within the specified time frame, you may not be eligible for a return or refund.
  • Improper use: If the product has been used improperly or in a manner other than its intended use, Marinela will not accept returns or issue refunds.
